When you submit one of our web forms and check an SMS consent box, we collect your name, mobile phone number and email address, the date, time and page where you gave consent, and any messages you send to us by text.
We use your mobile number only to send the text messages you agreed to receive. Depending on the boxes you checked, these include replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups about your request, and occasional offers and promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Text messaging is optional. You opt in by checking an SMS consent box on our web form. The boxes are unchecked by default, and non-marketing messages and marketing messages each have their own box. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We keep a record of your consent.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted only to provide the messaging service. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
